About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About tourism"

The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About tourism" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 7, Article 394; 2004, No. 4, Article 203, No. 6, Article 396; 2007, No. 8, Article 751) to add with Article 7-1 of the following content:
"Article 7-1. Tourist visa and electronic visas issued to tourists
7-1.1. If arrival in the Azerbaijan Republic requires the visa, then the foreigners and stateless persons arriving as tourists shall receive tourist visa according to the procedure, established by the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
7-1.2. In tourist visa the term of stay in the country is established up to 30 days.
7-1.3. For registration of tourist visa the document confirming making of visit with the tourist purpose (the tourist voucher or the tour, or the passenger ticket and the document confirming booking of hotel reservation, camping, tourist base or other similar objects) and the documents specified in article 36 of the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic are required.
7-1.4. The tourists arriving to the Azerbaijan Republic can receive the electronic visa by means of travel agencies.
7-1.5. For receipt of the electronic visa foreigners and stateless persons can address to the travel agencies which are performing activities in the Azerbaijan Republic and underwent accreditation in relevant organ of the executive authority, directly or by means of the travel agencies which are the partner of the specified companies in the country where they live.
