G.) annually when forming budget request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine the next fiscal year to provide to general staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Department of material security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine the generalized annual requirement of law-enforcement bodies by types, series and quantities of blank products.".
