About modification of the Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine for violation of the bank law

According to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and to Articles 44, of 63, of 73, of 74, 76 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", in pursuance of Item 5 of Final and transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prevention of negative impact on banking system stability" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 13.1-1 of Chapter 13 of the Section II of Provisions on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine for violation of the bank law approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 in case of No. 1590/21902 (with changes), after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Systematic violation of the legislation by bank in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing, creates threat to interests of investors or other creditors of bank, factual determination of making by bank of risk activities and application by National Bank two and more time within three years preceding establishment of such fact to bank of corrective actions and/or sanctions for violation of this legislation also is".
