1. Approve the Procedure for preparation and entering into executive bodies or local government bodies of petitions concerning observance of requirements of the land legislation which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of December 14, 2004 No. 407 "About approval of the Procedure for preparation and entering into executive bodies or local government bodies of petitions concerning observance of requirements of the land legislation", No. 1635/10234 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2004.

3. To department of agriculture (Lazarus T. I.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Dikun A. E.
