1) in Item 2 of Article 24:
a) in subitem 8 of the word of Republic of Crimea, and the word "the city of Sevastopol," to exclude;
b) the subitem 10 after words of Kaluga region to add with words of Republic of Crimea, after words of Ryazan region, to add with words "the city of Sevastopol,";
2) in Item 2 of Article 33.1:
a) the fourth subitem 8 to declare the paragraph invalid;
b) add subitem 10 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The twenty first Arbitration Appeal Court performing check of the court resolutions adopted by Arbitration Courts of the Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol.".
Item 2 of article 2 of the Federal constitutional Law of June 23, 2014 No. 10-FKZ "About creation of the Twenty first Arbitration Appeal Court and about introduction of amendments to the Federal constitutional Law "About Arbitration Courts in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 26, the Art. 3359) to declare invalid.
This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
