Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 29, 2014 No. 30 "Some questions of provision in 2014 of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on debt repayment on difference in rates for heat energy, services in centralized water supply and drainage system which were made, transported and delivered to the population, the actual cost of heat energy and services in centralized water supply and drainage system which arose in connection with discrepancy to rates which affirmed and/or approved by public authorities or local self-government" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 12, of the Art. 378, No. 59, of the Art. 1610) and of July 9, 2014 No. 293 "About stimulation of substitution of natural gas in the field of heat supply" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 62, the Art. 1710) changes which are applied.
