About stimulation of substitution of natural gas in the field of heat supply

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

in case of production of heat energy for the population the difference between rate for production of heat energy on the heatgenerating installations (except combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants and nuclear power plants) with use of any kinds of fuel and energy (except for natural gas) and rate for production of heat energy for needs of the population on the heatgenerating installations (except combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants and nuclear power plants) with use of any kinds of fuel and energy (except for natural gas) is subject to compensation from the government budget;

the amount of compensation of difference in the specified rates for production of heat energy cannot be higher, than the difference between actually established rate for heat energy for the population and its cost taking into account limit of profitability is not higher than 21 percent;

for the purposes of this resolution the term "weighted average rate" means the rate for production of heat energy (except combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants and nuclear power plants) with use of natural gas for budgetary institutions and the organizations, other consumers (except the population) determined as ratio of total amount of the income from implementation of operating activiies on production of heat energy for needs of budgetary institutions and the organizations, other consumers (except the population) the heatgenerating and heatsupplying companies to the total amount of leave of heat energy for budgetary institutions and the organizations, other consumers (except the population), UAH/Gcal.
