In the Regulations of use and turnover of resources of fishes of sturgeon breeds approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 9, 2005 No. 206 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 11, Article 1066; 2006, No. 9, Article 814) to make the following changes:
1. in Item 2.1 of the word of "fish inventories" (in both cases) shall be replaced with words "fish and other water bioresources" and in this Item in the fourth paragraph of the word "fishing by industrial method" shall be replaced with words "industrial fishery of fish and other water bioresources".
2. in the fifth paragraph of Item 3.1 of the word of "adaptation to the environment" shall be replaced with words "acclimatization".
3. in the first offer of Item 4.8 of the word "and … with illegal … fishes" shall be replaced with words "illegal … fish and other water bioresources".
