According to Article part three 27, to the paragraph to the twelfth the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of functioning of the market of electrical energy of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of available handling capacity of mezhgosudastvenny power networks of the integrated power system of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve the Technique of determination of available handling capacity of interstate power networks of the integrated power system of Ukraine (OES of Ukraine) which is applied.
2. Concerning functioning and reforming of electric utility sector in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Ulida V. Yu.
