In article 6 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About foodstuff" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 8; 2001, No. 12, Article 736; 2003, No. 1, Article 7; 2004, No. 1, Article 6; 2007, No. 6, Article 560; 2009, No. 2, Articles 49, 55; 2011, No. 4, Article 257; 2013, No. 11, Article 1290) to make the following changes:
1. Add the first part with the second offer of the following content:
"The certificate of conformity on the foodstuff imported into the Azerbaijan Republic are issued till deadline for the validity of these products.";
2. Add with the fourth part of the following content:
"The state fee shall be paid for receipt of the certificate (certificate) only by means of bank, mail, plastic card, electronic payment systems or the Internet.".
