About change and amendment of the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 952 of September 28, 2012

1. Regulations on procedure for letting of idle assets by the state companies subordinated to the Ministry of Health, organizations under the Ministry of Health and the companies which are in administration of the Ministry of Health approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 952 of September 28, 2012 to change and add as follows:

1) Item 11 to change and state in the following edition:

"11. The sublease can be performed only with the consent of the lessor and the Ministry of Health. The duration of the agreement of subhiring cannot exceed employment contract term. Opportunity and conditions of delivery of the hired property or its part in the sublease make a reservation in the employment contract".

Item 14 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The term of hiring of the other property which is in management or in property of organizations and companies is estimated according to the current legislation".

2. To impose control of execution of this order on department of financial accounting and the reporting (Mr. V. Stasyuk) and department of capital investments and management of public property (Mrs. Silvia Wolosaty).

3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
