1) in Item 2 of Article 1:

a) in the paragraph the second words "the federal ministries, the state committees, services and other federal executive bodies," shall be replaced with words "federal executive bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation,";

b) word in paragraph three "the federal ministries, the state committees, services and other federal executive bodies," shall be replaced with words "federal executive bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation,";

Article 12 to add 2) with Item 1.1 of the following content:
