For the purpose of ensuring obligatory certification of products and services according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About certification of products and services" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Ceased to be valid

2. To the Uzbek state center of standardization, metrology and certification together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve Regulations on procedure for application of penalties for abuse of regulations of certification and damnification to consumers of products (works, services) in a month.

3. To Uzgosstandart, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, the State Tax Committee, the ministries, departments, the companies, the organizations, organizations to develop and perform complex of the actions directed to the organization of works on carrying out certification of products (works, services) since January 1, 1995.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to render assistance to territorial authorities of the Uzstandart agency.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the corresponding deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
