About declaration of public usefulness of works of national value on rehabilitation of several centralized irrigational systems
This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance by the Government of responsibility to Parliament.
Art. 1. – Proclaim public usefulness of works of national value on rehabilitation of centralized irrigational systems of Lopatn, Kriulen, Zhora de Zhos, the Basket, Roshkan, Pukhechen, Blindesht, Grozesht, Leova Sud and Kirkan-Zyrnesht according to feasibility statements and the project documentation.
Art. 2. – The object of expropriation established according to feasibility statements and working projects is the real estate unit (the earth and structures) of private property, being in borders of land ownership of the following settlements: Zhora de Mizhloc, Zhora de Zhos, Zhora de Sus, Lopatna and Vyshkeuts – the area Orkhey, Kriulen, Sloboziya-Dushka and Onitskan – the area Kriulen, Roshkan, Gura Bykuluy, Pukhechen, Delakeu and Sherpen – the area Aneny Noy, the Basket, Pokhrebya and Pyryta – the area Dubesar, Blindesht and Petresht – the area Ungen, Grozesht, Soltenesht, Berboyen and Nisporen – the area Nisporen, Filipen, Henesheny Noy and Leova – the area Leova, Kukoara, Kirkan, Payku and Zyrnesht – the area Kakhul.
Art. 3. – To the government on behalf of the state to take necessary measures for expropriation of the real estate located on site carrying out socially useful works of national value according to the working project. Indemnification, connected with expropriated real estate to perform at the expense of public organization "The Millennium Challenge Fund — Moldova".
Art. 4. – After receipt of the notice the owner and owners of other real rights will suspend other transactions with the lands and structures which are subject to expropriation, except concerning their transfer into the ownership of the state.
