1) in Article 19:
a) to state the paragraph of the forty second of Item 1 in the following edition:
"The sizes of the monthly perpetual maintenance of judges increase also terms which are provided for increase (indexation) in the sizes of official pay rates of judges (are indexed) in sizes. Also recalculation of the sizes of the monthly perpetual maintenance of judges in case of increase (indexation) in the sizes of any components of the monthly monetary reward of the judge is made.";
b) in Item 1.1:
state subitem 2 in the following edition:
"2) monthly cash encouragement:
in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation - in the amount of 114,9 of official pay rate since October 1, 2014, in the amount of 118,5 of official pay rate since October 1, 2015, in the amount of 122,1 of official pay rate since October 1, 2016;
in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation - in the amount of 66 official pay rates since October 1, 2014, in the amount of 69,6 of official pay rate since October 1, 2015, in the amount of 73,2 of official pay rate since October 1, 2016;
