1. Determine the single operator by delivery to Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Boundary and Aviation services of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, authorized body in the field of civil protection, to authorized body in the field of the state material reserve:
1) No. 316 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 24.05.2019;
2) gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, aviation fuel (GOST 10227-86 "Fuels for jet engines. Specifications") – limited liability partnership "KazMunaiGas - Aero.
3) No. 88 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 24.02.2017
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
