Item 1 of Article 51 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"payments for increase in land area, being in private property, as a result of redistribution of such parcels of land and parcels of land which are in federal property (except for the parcels of land which are in federal property and implementation of powers of the Russian Federation on management and the order by which it is transferred to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation), - according to the standard rate of 100 percent;

2) in Article 57:

a) add part one with paragraphs of the following content:

"payments for increase in land area, being in private property, as a result of redistribution of such parcels of land and parcels of land which are in property of subjects of the Russian Federation - according to the standard rate of 100 percent;
