About entering of amendments into the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 4, 2002 No. 197 "About streamlining of occupation separate types of business activity"

For the purpose of streamlining of implementation by individual entrepreneurs of separate types of activity the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Bring since January 1, 2003 in the list of the separate types of activity performed in the procedure established by the legislation only by the subjects of entrepreneurship formed in the form of the legal entity, wholesale trade.

2. Approve the list of the separate types of activity performed in the procedure established by the legislation only by the subjects of entrepreneurship formed in the form of the legal entity according to appendix.

3. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 4, 2002 N 197 "About streamlining of occupation separate types of business activity" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, N 6, the Art. 30):

the paragraph one of Item 1 and appendix to recognize invalid;

in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "the enclosed list" shall be replaced with words "the list of the separate types of activity performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation, exclusively subjects of entrepreneurship - legal entities".

4. To the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Committee, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested departments to make the corresponding changes and additions in the current legislation following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
