Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 264-FZ "About development of agricultural industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 27; 2009, No. 1, Art. 26; 2011, No. 31, Art. 4700; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 30, Art. 4069) following changes:

1) in Article 5:

a) to add Item 1 of part 3 with words ", and also the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs performing primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) conversion of agricultural products";

b) to add Item 3 of part 4 with words ", and also the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs performing primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) conversion of agricultural products";

2) in Article 7:

a) in part 1:

word in paragraph one of "production of agricultural products" shall be replaced with words "developments of agricultural industry";

in Item 1 of the word "and also agricultural consumer cooperatives" shall be replaced with words "agricultural consumer cooperatives, and also the organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) conversion of agricultural products (including on leased fixed assets) and its realization according to the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation provided that the share of the income from realization of these products in the income of the specified organizations and the specified individual entrepreneurs constitutes at least than seventy percent for calendar year";
