This Federal Law determines features of the traffic in weapons which is not registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and being in property of the citizens of the Russian Federation who are constantly living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol (further - citizens of the Russian Federation), the foreign citizens and stateless persons which are legally in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol (further - foreign citizens and stateless persons), and also the weapon which is in property of the legal entities registered in the territories of these subjects of the Russian Federation.
1. Storage of the citizens of the Russian Federation of weapon and cartridges who are in property to it can be performed based on the permissions to storage and carrying weapon or devices issued by law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine till March 18, 2014 before expiration of these permissions, except as specified, established by this Article.
2. Storage of the citizens of the Russian Federation of civil fire long-barreled weapon who are in property with rifle barrel and cartridges to it can be performed based on the permissions specified regarding 1 this Article, after carrying out control shooting from such weapon according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
