For the purpose of suppression of the negative phenomena, the Cabinet of Ministers decides ensuring social protection of the population of the republic and streamlining of realization of medicines and products of medical appointment:
1. Enter since February 1, 1999 single procedure for pricing on medicines and products of medical appointment in medical institutions of health care and retail pharmacy chain.
At the same time to determine that realization of medicines and products of medical appointment is performed through wholesale and retail retail chain stores on contract prices using the limiting trade allowances determined irrespective of number of the intermediaries participating in deliveries for wholesale trade - in sizes no more than 20%, and for retail trade - 25%.
2. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to develop and approve:
regulations on purchases of medicines and products of medical appointment for the stationary medical institutions rendering to the population according to the current legislation free medical care;
procedure for compensation from the budget to the stationary medical institutions providing to the population free medical care, the expenses connected with purchase of medicines and products of medical appointment;
