2. State Articles 16.1.6 and 16.1.7 in the following edition:

3. In Article 16.1.8 of the word of "tourists (extends only to persons who provided the tourist voucher or the tour)" shall be replaced with words "tourist visas".

4. State Article 16.1.9 in the following edition:

16.1.9. for registration of transit visas:

16.1.9.1. single transit visa;
