Item 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) non-executions of the Federal Laws regulating banking activity and also regulations of the Bank of Russia if within one year the measures provided by the Federal Law "About the Central Bank Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" were repeatedly applied to credit institution;";
