Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 14, Art. 1652; No. 27, Art. 3480; No. 52, Art. 6961; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2925; No. 30, Art. 4225; No. 48, Art. 6637; No. 49, Art. 6925) following changes:

1) in Article 15:

a) to add part 4 after words of "legal entities" with the words "when implementing these purchases";

b) state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. If according to the Budget code of the Russian Federation state bodies, governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds, the local government bodies or State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" which are the state or municipal customers when implementing budget investments and (or) on acquisition of real estate units in the state-owned, municipal property transmitted to capital construction projects of the state-owned, municipal property on a grant basis based on agreements the powers of the state or municipal customer to budgetary institutions, autonomous organizations, state, to municipal unitary enterprises, such organizations, such unitary enterprises within delegated powers perform on behalf of the specified bodies or State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" of purchase of goods, works, services according to provisions of this Federal Law which regulate activities of the state and municipal customers.";

2) in part 5 of Article 18 of the word "monitoring of purchases," to exclude;

3) in Article 19:

a) add part 1 with words "(including respectively territorial authorities and subordinated state organizations)";
