1. Enter since January 1, 1995 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan obligatory application of cash registers by trade enterprises, organizations and organizations of all patterns of ownership when implementing cash calculations with the population.

Determine that activities of trade enterprises, organizations and the organizations of all patterns of ownership which did not establish cash registers till July 1, 1995 stop.

These rules do not extend to separate categories of trade enterprises, organizations, organizations according to the list approved by the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee, the Central bank and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan which owing to specifics of the activities can perfrom calculations with the population without application of cash registers.

Determine that the physical persons performing trading activity through stationary outlets shall use control cash registers.

2. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee, the Central bank, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in decade time:

approve Regulations on procedure for obligatory application of cash registers when implementing cash calculations with the population;

determine the list of separate categories of trade enterprises, organizations, organizations which owing to specifics of the activities can perfrom cash calculations with the population without application of cash registers.
