About modification of the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values in bank institutions in Ukraine

According to articles 7 and 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values in bank institutions in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values in bank institutions in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 No. 45, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 3, 2007 on No. 181/13448 (with changes), the following changes:

in the Section II:

in Chapter 1:

in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "approved with National Bank" to exclude;

to state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:

"The bank shall in case of forming/liquidation of division of collection and/or the beginning/termination of activities for collection of means and transportation of currency values in territorially isolated place a month before the beginning/termination of such activities in writing to notify on it territorial administration of National Bank at the venue of such activities";

add Chapter 3 with new Item of the following content:
