Make change to Item 5 of the Payment procedure of work of members district and precinct election commissions at elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 5, 2012 No. 848 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 69, of the Art. 2809, No. 76, of the Art. 3083), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of implementation of repeated counting of votes by district electoral commission on the respective polling precinct in the single-candidate constituency restriction on the number of days is not applied. Compensation of members of the relevant district electoral commissions (including, performing powers not on paid basis) is performed for days of carrying out repeated counting of votes according to the approved schedule in the amount of no more than 14 percent of minimum wage for each fulfilled day.".
