About streamlining of realization of fuels and lubricants
For the purpose of streamlining of leave of fuels and lubricants, prevention of violations of fire-proof rules, and also actions posing hazard to life and health of the population, the Cabinet of Ministers provides:
1. To resolve realization of fuels and lubricants only at the stationary, portable, container gas stations which are specially equipped in accordance with the established procedure.
2. It is strict to Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to stop the facts of sale of fuels and lubricants in unspecified places and with violation of fire-proof rules. To timely draw up and transfer materials on persons who are not following these rules to relevant organs for attraction them to responsibility.
3. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having used the granted rights more widely, to reveal concealments of profit (income), to persons guilty of submission of accounting reports out of time, with violation of established procedure and misrepresentation, to take timely measures of impact according to the legislation.
4. Approve Rules of work of gas stations (are applied).
5. To the national joint-stock association Uzgosnefteprodukt, to the ministries, departments, corporations, associations, the organizations of the republic to provide strict control of observance of the existing rules, standard rates and standards on acceptance, storage, accounting, transportation, leave and use of oil products.
6. Provide to national corporation "Uzbekneftegaz" in accordance with the established procedure effective application of economic sanctions for abuses of regulations of storage and use of oil products.
7. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister Hakkulov K. Zh.
