About measures for trade liberalization in the republic
For the purpose of increase in interest of trade organizations in saturation of the consumer market food and nonfoods the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Determine that since January 1, 1995 the size of trade allowances is determined by trade enterprises independently depending on costs by transportation, storage and sales of goods.
To the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 10-day time to bring procedure for determination of trade allowances to the interested organizations.
2. Approve the list of the main food and nonfoods which availability is obligatory in retail retail chain stores, according to Appendix.
Confer responsibility for unconditional accomplishment of this Item on the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and Tashkent and personally on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Usmanov M.
3. Lift since January 1, 1995 limits for sale of the population normalized food and nonfoods of prime necessity.
4. To the Uzbeksavdo state association, Uzbekbirlashuv, the ministries and departments having retail chain stores, to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:
in case of the conclusion of contracts with new owners of trade enterprises without fail to provide availability in free realization of the goods specified in Appendix;
continue work on research of commodity resources, saturation of the consumer market, to provide their rhythmical realization to the republic population.
5. Consider N 199-f which voided since January 1, 1995 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 6, 1991 N 59, of April 1, 1991 N 80, Items 1 and 7 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 26, 1994 N 98 and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 30, 1994.
