"Article 27. Testing on civil service";

b) parts 1 - 4 to state in the following edition:

"1. In case of the conclusion of the office contract with the citizen for the first time arriving on civil service the condition about testing of the civil servant lasting from one month up to one year for the purpose of check of its compliance to the replaced position of civil service is provided in this contract and in the act of state body of position assignment of civil service if other is not provided by this Article.

2. Testing can be established:

1) in case of appointment of the citizen or civil servant to position of civil service, appointment to which and release from which are performed by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, - for a period of one month up to one year;

2) in case of position assignment of civil service of the citizen who was earlier passing public service of the Russian Federation - for a period of one up to six months;

3) in case of appointment of the civil servant to position of civil service according to the procedure of transfer from other state body - for a period of one up to six months.
