Article 1

1) Item 3 of article 3 after the words "and also information on the organization and implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control" to add with the words "including information on the organization and on conducting checks, on results of conducting checks and on the taken measures for suppression and (or) elimination of effects of the revealed violations";

To add 2) with Article 13.3 of the following content:

"Article 13.3. Unified register of checks

1. For the purpose of ensuring accounting carried out when implementing the state control (supervision), municipal control of checks, and also their results the unified register of checks is created. The unified register of checks is federal state information system. Operator of the unified register of checks is the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

2. Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of checks affirm the Government of the Russian Federation. Are determined by the specified rules:

1) requirements to procedure for creation and commissioning of the unified register of checks;

2) procedure for assignment in the automatic mode of accounting number of check;
