1) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of Article 4 of the word "storage location of civil registrations and" shall be replaced with words "the storage location of civil registrations on papers and in the form of electronic documents,";

2) in Article 7:

a) add Item 2 with the words "on paper";

b) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. Record of the act of civil status is constituted also in electronic form and signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the authorized employee of body of civil registration.
