I. General provisions

Article 1. Deputy

The deputy is the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the elected to Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Legislative house) and registered by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the Electoral code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Article 2. Senator

Senator is the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the elected to the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Senate) and registered by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the Electoral code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also appointed the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
