1. Add with Articles 22-1, 22-2 of the following content:
"Article 22-1. Suspension of powers of members of municipality
1. Suspension of powers of members of municipality consists in temporary suspension of implementation of their rights, the stipulated in Article 4 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of the member of municipality".
2. Powers of members of municipality stop from the date of the introduction in legal force of the judgment about loss of powers and the termination of powers of the member of municipality on the bases provided by articles 21 and 22 of this Law and before adoption of the decision by municipality according to part 2 of article 23 of this Law.
Article 22-2. Early dissolution of municipality
If in case of the address according to part 3 of article 52-2 of this Law and as a result of hearing of the report of municipality with respect thereto by Millie the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic recognizes activities of municipality unsatisfactory, the Central Election Commission of the Azerbaijan Republic makes the decision on early dissolution of municipality.".
