About introduction of amendments to articles 13 and 14 of the Federal law "About Information, Information Technologies and on Information Security" and the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 149-FZ "About information, information technologies and on information security" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 31, Art. 3448; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4196; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2870; No. 52, Art. 6961) following changes:

1) in Article 13:

a) add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Technical means of the information systems used by state bodies, local government bodies state both municipal unitary enterprises or the public and local government offices, shall be placed in the territory of the Russian Federation.";

b) add with part 7 of the following content:

"7. The procedure of control of observance of the requirements provided by part 2.1 of this Article and part 6 of article 14 of this Federal Law is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

Part 6 of Article 14 to state 2) in the following edition:

"6. The government of the Russian Federation approves the requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems, further storage of information containing in their databases including the list, content and terms of realization of stages of actions for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems, to further storage of information containing in their databases.".
