About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law No. 133-XVI of June 13, 2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167 of October 16, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 25 to state 1) in the following edition:

"25. The income specified in subitems l) - o) Item 22 this provision, are taken into account in complete size, except for income gained from the salary from monthly allowances on education/child care which undertake in attention for the last month in which the application for provision of social benefit which are estimated with ignoring of 200 lei for each family member gaining similar income was submitted. In cases when one of family members gains at the same time income from the salary and from monthly allowances on education/child care or receives monthly allowances on education/child care for two or more children at the same time, ignoring is applied to each of this income.";

Notes:

1. Items 21-28 are taken into account irrespective of the fact which in the way they arrived in use of family (purchase, donation etc.) or are in household of family of the applicant/receiver of social benefit / benefit for the cold period of year.

2. Elderly person – person who reached 57-year age for women and 62 years for men.

3. In Item 33 in case of purpose of benefit for the cold period of year the size of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is taken into account with increase in time 1,6".
