Item 7 parts three of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7) protection of objects and (or) property, and also providing the inside and throughput modes on objects concerning which requirements to anti-terrorist security, obligatory for accomplishment, except for the objects provided by part three of article 11 of this Law are established.";

2) in Article 6:

a) in part one of the word "and conditions" to exclude;

b) in Item to exclude 5 parts seven of the word "and conditions";

3) in Article 11:

a) in part three the first offer to state in the following edition: "Private security activities do not extend to objects of the state protection and the protected objects provided by the Federal Law of May 27, 1996 No. 57-FZ "About the state protection" and also to objects which list affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.";
