According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of establishment of the single mechanism of implementation by the state monitoring bodies of control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of the medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 7, 2011 on No. 1420/20158, I order:
1. Make changes to the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 724, registered on December 7, 2011 for No. 1421/20159, having been reworded as follows appendices 1 and 3 which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. (L. Konoshevich) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister N. Lisnevskaya.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
