The government DECIDES:
In the subitem 1) Item 32 of the Regulations on compensation of the value added tax approved by the Order of the Government No. 93 of February 1, 2013. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 27-30, 140), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following change and addition:
c) to exclude Item;
add at the end with the paragraph of the following content:
"The subitem 1) does not extend to the goods exported by mail to the countries to which according to the international postal regulations mailings of the corresponding goods are prohibited".
