About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on order of registration of the prospectus of the issue and share issue of corporate investment fund approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 20, 2013 No. 1104, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 16, 2013 in case of No. 1187/23719, the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the Section III:

to add the subitem 9 after words of "chief accountant" with words "(faces to which conducting financial accounting is assigned)";

"chief accountant" to add the subitem 10 after words with words "(person to who conducting financial accounting is assigned)";

2) in Item 6 of the Section IV:

3, of 4, 8 after words of "chief accountant" to add subitems with words "(faces to which conducting financial accounting is assigned)";

"chief accountant" to add the subitem 9 after words with words "(person to who conducting financial accounting is assigned)";

3) in the Section V:

add the Section after Item 2 with new Item 3 following of content:

"3. The refusal of the Commission in registration can be appealed judicially.".

With respect thereto to consider Items 3-5 respectively Items 4-6;

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The basis for leaving of the statement for registration without consideration are:

1) document creation with violation of requirements of Item 9 of the Section I, Item 3 of the Section II, Items 2, 3 Section III, Item 6 of the Section IV of this provision;

2) lack of any document which representation is provided by this Provision.";
