About modification in §118 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in §118 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, the Art. 3199), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made in §118 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 1:

1) in the first offer of paragraph two of the word "in seven-day time" shall be replaced with words "in eight-day time";

2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"The interested central executive bodies inform on the line item the Ministry of Finance according to the procedure and terms, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of Item.".

2. To replace paragraph two of Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The central executive body with participation of the interested executive bodies prepares the draft of the expert opinion and from the date of receipt of the bill gives to eight-day time to the Cabinet of Ministers.

The interested executive body in four-day time informs on the line item the central executive body for preparation of the draft of the expert opinion.

If the interested executive body did not submit information on the line item at the scheduled time, it is considered that notes to the bill are absent. In that case the draft of the expert opinion moves to the Cabinet of Ministers the central executive body which trains him, without specifying of line item of the interested body.

The draft of the expert opinion shall be vised by the head of the central executive body which prepared it.".
