1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1993 No. 1090 "About traffic regulations" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 47, Art. 4531; Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 18, Art. 1985; 2001, No. 11, Art. 1029; 2008, No. 17, Art. 1882; 2011, No. 42, Art. 5922; 2012, No. 15, Art. 1780).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2015.

Changes which are made to the Traffic regulations approved by the Resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1993 No. 1090

"2.5. In case of the road accident the driver involved in it shall stop immediately (not to touch from the place) the vehicle, to turn on the alarm system and to expose sign of emergency stop according to requirements of Item 7.2 of Rules, not to move the objects concerning incident.

2.6. If as a result of the road accident people, the driver involved in it died or are wounded, shall:

take measures for first-aid treatment by the victim, cause emergency medical service and police;

in case of emergency to send victims on passing and if it is impossible, to bring on the vehicle to the nearest medical organization, to report the surname, registration sign of the vehicle (with presentation of the identity document, or car driver license and registration document on the vehicle) and to return to the scene;
