About modification of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 13, 2013 No. 1468

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 13, 2013 No. 1468 "About approval of the Regulations on structure and the size of expenses which are refunded for the asset account of institute of joint investment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2013 on No. 1516/24048, such change:

add the decision after Item 1 with new Item 2 following of content:

"2. Provisions of the paragraph of the twenty second Item 2 of the Section I of this Provision it is applied to the bargains concluded till December 31, 2013 inclusive.".

With respect thereto to consider Items 2-6 respectively Items 3-7.

2. Bring in Item 2 of the Section I of the Regulations on structure and the size of expenses which are refunded for the asset account of institute of the joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 13, 2013 No. 1468, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2013 for No. 1516/24048, the following changes:

third to add the paragraph with the words "or depository institution";
