Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 7, the Art. 85) the following change:
to state part 1 of Article 24 in the following edition:
"1. Insurers monthly pay insurance premiums (including for workers) in dates of receipt in organizations of banks of funds for compensation for the expired month, but no later than the 15th following after month for which insurance premiums are assessed. Insurers with formation of legal entity payment of the assessed insurance premiums in the amount make over 100000 (hundred thousand) som only transfer from the settlement account of the legal entity to the settlement account of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
