1. Approve Regulations on appointment and payment of daily benefit for the children placed in the Communal house for the children who are in risk situation.
2. Expenses on payment of daily benefit for children are performed within the assignments provided in budgets of administrative and territorial units of the second level for the purpose of the organization and functioning of social service "The communal house for the children who are in risk situation" and also at the expense of other means according to the legislation.
3. In case of private suppliers of social services expenses on payment of daily benefits for children are performed at the expense of own means of suppliers.
4. To impose control over the implementation of provisions of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
