About features of realization of the rights of some categories of persons to obligatory national social insurance

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) the faces consisting (consisting) in employment relationships with legal entities irrespective of form of business (further - legal entities) or physical persons or were voluntarily insured and moved fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (was conducted) with the territories included in the list of the territories in which are conducted, the development of communities and the territories approved by the Ministry, or zones of emergency situation, and also person in which as a result of fighting, the acts of terrorism, diversions caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine premises, in particular insured persons, being abroad are destroyed or damaged (to the condition unsuitable for accommodation) (further - insured persons) and cannot exercise the right to insurance payments according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance", have the right to insurance payments for insurance in connection with temporary disability and on accident insurance on production and occupational disease which entailed disability (regarding temporary disability benefit owing to labor accident or occupational disease, in case of transfer of the victim into easier, low-paid job, cost recovery of burial of the victim and funeral services connected with it), according to the specified law in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine according to the procedure, established by board of the Pension fund of Ukraine.

Insurance payments are provided to insured persons in accordance with the established procedure through banks;

2) insurance payments are provided on condition of submission of the documents confirming the right of insured persons to their provision, and in case of lack of such documents - based on the data received by electronic information exchange with information and communication systems of public authorities, local government bodies, other legal entities determined by part eleven of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons".
