About modification and amendments in some codes of the Republic of Belarus

Article 1. Bring in the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 76, 2/50; 2007, No. 291, 2/1385; 2010, No. 16, 2/1651; 2011, No. 4, 2/1775) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 281:

state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. Production of fish or other water animals without the permission ought on that, or in forbidden time or terms, or in the prohibited places, either the prohibited tools, or the prohibited methods (illegal production of fish or other water animals), made within year after imposing of administrative punishment for the same violation, –

it is punished by penalty, or corrective works for a period of up to two years, or arrest.";

to exclude from paragraph two of part 2 of the word "for a period of up to six months";

to add paragraph two of part 4 with the words "with penalty";

in the note to Article of the word "forty" and "hundred" to replace respectively with the words "hundred" and "two hundred fifty".

2. In Article 282:

in part 1:

word in paragraph one "tools and" shall be replaced with words "tools, or prohibited";

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"it is punished by deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities with penalty, or corrective works for a period of up to two years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, or arrest with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities.";
