confirming that the Agreement on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport between the Parties will be equitable in the best way to their mutual interests,

agreed as follows:

Article 1.

The parties strengthen and develop cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport on the basis of mutual advantage according to this agreement, the legislation of the states of the Parties and international treaties which participants are the Kyrgyz Republic and Turkmenistan.

Article 2.

The parties will promote experience exchange between national, regional or club teams on different types of sport. The parties will assist the national sports associations in questions of establishment of direct connections and strengthenings of mutual cooperation and exchange for development of sport in both countries.

Article 3.

The parties will encourage the athletes for participation in multilateral sports competitions and the training courses conducted by other Party for the purpose of increase in their level of training and performances.

Article 4.

The parties will participate in seminars, scientific and practical special conferences on questions of physical culture and sport which will take place in the territory of the states of the Parties.

The parties perform experience exchange, scientific information, documentation and exchange of educational and methodical materials in the field of physical culture and sport.
