About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, the Art. 735), changes which are applied.

1. In item 4 §22 words and figures "Items 2 and 3 §55-1" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Items 2 and 3 §55-1 and §55-2".
2. Add Regulations §55-2 the following content:
"§55-2. Consideration at cabinet meeting of drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers on urgent questions
In urgent cases the Prime Minister or the minister in coordination with the Prime Minister can submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers the draft of the act without observance of requirements of these Regulations under approval and consultations, conducting legal examination by Ministry of Justice, consideration at meeting of government committee.
Such draft of the act is put to the vote and in case of its acceptance is worked out by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers without change it on being (the amendments connected with reduction in compliance with rules of the normoproyektirovochny equipment are made, editing is performed), and also immediate promulgation of the act signed by the Prime Minister is provided.".
