1. Add the law with preamble of the following content:
"This Law determines organizationally - the legal basis, legal status, structure, tasks, appointment and the principles of activities of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
2. The second Article 2 to state part in the following edition:
"Internal troops perform other tasks determined by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
3. In Article 5 of the word "the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On language" shall be replaced with words "the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On state language of the Republic of Tajikistan".
4. State Article 7 in the following edition:
"Article 7. Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan
